Find the cause of the leak
A ceiling stain does not always sit directly below the roof defect. Water can travel along roof components before appearing inside. We inspect the affected area and likely entry points before recommending a repair or waterproofing system.

Choose a system for the actual roof
The existing roof, previous coatings, drainage and access determine what is suitable. Covering a failing layer without preparation can leave the original defect in place. We clarify whether removal, preparation or localised repairs are needed before a new system is applied.
Scope, access and aftercare
Share photos of the leak, when it occurs and any previous repair history. A site inspection is usually necessary to assess the source and access safely. We set out the proposed work, exclusions and maintenance requirements in the quote.
