In South Africa's harsh climate, exterior walls face a barrage of UV radiation, thermal expansion, and driving rain. If the preparation isn't forensic, the paint will peel within 24 months.

Our 5-Stage Restoration Process

1. High-Pressure Cleaning: We strip away years of chalked paint, dust, and pollution. You cannot bond to dirt.
2. Biocidal Treatment: We apply a specialized fungal wash to kill mould spores deep in the plaster. Painting over mould just feeds it.
3. Crack Surgery: We don't just fill cracks; we "V" them out, prime them, and fill them with flexible, fiber-reinforced fillers that can withstand movement.
4. Primer & Bonding: We apply a masonry primer designed to penetrate and bind the substrate, creating a solid anchor for the topcoat.
5. Double Top-Coat: We use premium pure acrylics or textured coatings (like Gamma Zenith or Marmoran style) applied to specification.

Why Textured Coatings?

For many South African homes, we recommend Textured Wall Coatings over standard paint.
